Cancellation
Customers may cancel the order for any reason at any time before the order is handed over to the courier. In order to provide prompt delivery to our customers, Yoe Yar processes the order within 24 hours of order placement. Therefore, we urge customers to finalize orders before payment.
In the case of a cancellation, please inform us of your decision via yoeyarmart@gmail.com or our socials.
Returns
Damaged Products
No return or refund is acceptable unless the products are substantially damaged on arrival. While Yoe Yar operates with reputable couriers, the risk of damage during transport remains.
Customers must contact us at yoeyarmart@gmail.com or our socials with your order number and a picture of the damaged item(s) within 24 hours of reception. Yoe Yar will communicate the issue with the respective courier to reach the best solution for our customers.
Ultimately, we maintain the right to make a decision at our sole discretion.
Failed Deliveries
Please be sure to provide your correct address with specific details including street number/building number, if applicable.
Yoe Yar is not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by the customer. Actions include, but are not limited to, providing incorrect information for delivery, such as order address/ contact number/ consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund.
Missing Package
Before reporting a missing package to Yoe Yar, please first verify the delivery address and review tracking status for delays or issues. Given that all details are correct and order status shows ‘Delivered’, be sure to check around the house’s vicinity. If a delivery is still missing, please reach out to yoeyarmart@gmail.com with the order number as soon as possible. Yoe Yar will then contact the carrier to locate the package. In the case that the package is unable to be traced and at no fault of the customer, Yoe Yar will provide an appropriate reimbursement.
