Shipping

Yoe Yar offers Australia-wide shipping right to your doorstep.

Items will be dispatched on the same day or next day after payment has been received. Please note that shipment will be handed to a courier only on their business days.

Standard Shipping

4-10 business days with a flat rate charge of AU$10.* Free standard shipping on orders AU$99.00 and above.

  • Within Melbourne : 2-3 business days

  • Within Victoria : 2-4 business days

  • Interstate : 3-10 business days

Express Shipping

1- 4 business days with an additional charge.*

*Please note that the shipping times are estimates and should only be treated as a reference. The shipping time may vary based on the selected courier and the customer’s location as our warehouse is based in Melbourne.

⚠️ Attention

If you find that your billing/shipping information is wrong, please contact us at yoeyarmart@gmail.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out. Once the shipment process has begun, it is beyond our control to make any changes.

If you have not received your package after tracking status is completed, please contact our customer service at yoeyarmart@gmail.com, as soon as possible, no later than 2 business days

As we are a Melbourne-based online store, pick-up and drop off are available for our Melbourne customers.
